Designing a Premier Residential Community in Homestead
Park Square is a master-planned community of 200 two-story townhomes in southwestern Miami-Dade County, developed by Century Homebuilders Group. The community offers four home designs from 1,700 to 1,900+ square feet, with 3–4 bedrooms, 2.5–3 bathrooms, and a private park, playground, and dog park.
American Services of Miami served as civil engineering firm of record — managing the full permitting sequence from boundary survey through regulatory approvals, coordinating with Miami-Dade County, the South Florida Water Management District, and FDOT.
Our Contribution
ASOM delivered the complete civil engineering and permitting package for all 200 units: boundary survey, platting, paving and drainage design, water and sewer plans, Environmental Resource Permit through SFWMD, and FDOT driveway connection permits for the project's state-road frontage.
