Enabling Access to Early Childhood Education in Miami

My Academy Preschool and Learning Center is a state-of-the-art early childhood education facility serving the Goulds/Eureka neighborhood in Miami-Dade County. Founded over a decade ago, the school provides affordable, high-quality early learning programs to a diverse community — including families at all income levels — with a mission centered on nurturing each child's unique potential in a safe, multicultural environment.

The project reflects a broader wave of private early education investment across Florida, where rapid population growth and increased demand for quality childcare have driven significant expansion of purpose-built preschool facilities. American Services of Miami served as civil engineering firm of record, delivering the full infrastructure and permitting package required to bring the facility to life.

Our Contribution

ASOM managed the complete civil engineering and permitting sequence for the facility — from initial survey through regulatory clearances — ensuring the project met all Miami-Dade County and state requirements for an educational use site.
