Community-Centric Access to Quality Healthcare
South Florida is experiencing a significant expansion of outpatient and community-based healthcare infrastructure. As Miami-Dade County's population grows — particularly in its southern corridors — demand for accessible, neighborhood-level medical services has intensified. Developers and health networks are responding with purpose-built facilities designed to bring primary care, diagnostics, and wellness services closer to underserved communities.

MDCare Medical Center in Homestead is part of this wave. Developed by Medgroup, the facility is designed to serve the growing residential population across South Miami-Dade — a region that has historically lacked the density of healthcare options available further north. American Services of Miami provided civil engineering and surveying services to support the project from site documentation through construction.
